Resolución n. 01-2008
Indica que para el período 2008 no estarán afectos al pago del Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles aquellos inmuebles que constituyan bien único de los sujetos pasivos, -personas físicas- y cuyo valor, registrado en la respectiva Municipalidad no exceda de diez millones doscientos quince mil colones
